This page is for the real narrow gauge parts
of my site.
On 16th March, G42 went to Emerald to be
turned on the turntable there. THis may not seem special, but
for the many volunteers and others that worked so hard on this
loco to get it running, the end was almost in sight. THe night
before, G42 held braking tests on the grade in Belgrave yard.
These were aparently successful but I over (maybe mis) heard someone
say that the holes in the spark arrestor were too big. Not sure
if this is true or not though. Looked great though!!!
